The bo (staff) is a great tool for the upper body with an infinite number of techniques from beginner to skilled practitioners to perform. Not only for martial arts, this staff can be used for other fitness workouts including stretch and move. The 2-part design also saves on unnecessary, oversized shipping costs. BMF also offer this staff as part of the ‘Pivot Kit‘ bundle.
NB. these sticks are not designed for impact usage.
