Multi-Staff training Kit
We are pleased to announce, The Multi-Staff Kit. Unique from BMF, this is a great multi-purpose training kit for the whole body, with an infinite number of techniques from beginner to skilled practitioners to perform. A kind of ‘transformer’ for the fitness world! The screw-fit staff sections integrate with a selection of end pieces allowing the kit to be transformed into various options. Add the resistance bands and the benefits are multiplied even further. In 2023, BMF are working with PT mentor Tom Crudgington of Body Development and Shaolin trained Neil Genge to create a series of master classes in how to get the most out of this unique circular training kit. As you can see, this adaptable tool is very different from anything we’ve made before, encapsulating the spirit of a wide range of circular training methods, in one kit. We believe it has the potential to be a highly complementary tool to Indian club, Persian meel & gada training, whether at home or on the move. The whole kit weighs less than 5 kilos and can easily fit in your travelling suitcase (staff section length 65cm).
