Pair of Victorian-style Teardrop Indian clubs – high quality turned in ash with a Danish oil finish. Much lighter than regular Indian clubs, these can be used for moves where dexterity is called for as well as for shoulder injury rehab as used by some physiotherapists. Beautiful well made, quality product. Kept getting sore shoulders and elbow pain so thought I’d try these for rehab. 300g is just right and you do start to feel it once you are using them for a while. Been trying inside and outside mills and my shoulders feel good with them. Worth paying extra compared to plastic clubs as still good to hold when palms get warm and sweaty.

Great for indoors! If you have low ceilings/are taller or both, these clubs are compact enough for full swings overhead at home. Very satisfied!
