The bo (staff) is a great tool for the upper body with an infinite number of techniques from beginner to skilled practitioners to perform. Add the anti-slip rubber ends and you have a 4ft or 6ft Stretching stick. The 3-part design also saves on unnecessary, oversized shipping costs as well as being handy for travel.
