This is a beautiful pushup board, strong and sturdy with great stability from the non-slip pads on the legs. I have a weak left wrist, so this allows me to do push ups and planks with a straight wrist and no pain! It’s also great for downward dog and ‘hindu pushup’ flows. Well made piece of equipment. The ordering and shipment was painless and quick. My only issue is that the support feet are too slick, they allow the board to slip even on carpet. I added some skateboard skid tape, and it resolved the issue.

The shena board was a birthday present for my boyfriends birthday,he loves it after years of hard training and injuries the shena board has helped cure pain during exercises and provided better mobility for him and opened a whole new compendium of exercises for him amazing.
