Manu –
These are my first Indian clubs; I’m a beginner. I’ve been using them for a week and I’m thrilled: the quality is exceptional, the wood (ash) is beautiful, the finish is lovely, and I appreciate working with a 100% natural product, without any synthetic paint or varnish. I also bought the appropriate Bodymind Fit product to maintain them: beeswax with hemp oil. The ergonomics and grip are excellent. I got this model and another one weighing 300g. I use the lighter ones for warm-ups and learning new tricks, then I switch to this heavier model. My clubs arrived in a very well-prepared package: each club was individually wrapped in paper and therefore perfectly protected. The packaging was plastic-free and used eco-friendly kraft tape, which I really appreciated. This was my first order from Bodymind Fit, and I was so delighted that I immediately placed a second order for other items: Gada and Shena boards. Since I ordered from France, the shipping costs were a bit high, but you can’t find products of this quality here in France. So, as I prefer to buy high-quality, handcrafted, and eco-friendly products, I accept the extra cost. I also really appreciated being able to communicate with Josie by email about my order; it’s very reassuring when you’re making a significant purchase from a website you’re not yet familiar with, especially abroad. I therefore recommend both the products and the service.
Adnan Khan –
As a beginner with Indian clubs, I initially tested the waters with a cheap pair of polyurethane clubs. It took less than a week of trying them out before I could see that not only was it fun, but also incredibly helpful in reducing shoulder stiffness and increasing mobility/flexibility/ rotation (particularly if you work out a lot).
So I treated myself to these starter clubs from BodyMindFit (Ash colour). These clubs are truly beautiful to look at, feel comfortable in the hands and are wonderfully balanced, making swings and wrist circles etc feel natural. I look forward to using them every time.
Will continue this interesting new journey of Indian club swinging with these beauties, and I look forward to years of good shoulder health and enjoyment. Thanks.
Josie –
Thank you Adnan, so pleased you are happy with your clubs. Hope your shoulders are feeling better 💪
Yogi –
Hi, Do you have any shop recommendations to buy locally in India?
pete H –
I can ship to India from my UK shop, though this would incurr Indian import duty.
pete H –
Hi Yogi, sorry but I don’t.
Ahmad –
Love them. I was skeptical about starting off with 1.2 lbs because it sounded too light but im glad i did. Its the perfect weight to start off with so you can get your technique right while still feeling the workout. They also have that really pleasant wood smell.
Roger Garbett –
A great pair of clubs, practical and very beautiful. I am rewlly pleased with the purchase.
Wendy –
Had the sapele clubs for 5 days. They are lovely to look at, hold and swing. Will keep me busy for a while and when ready to go heavier, will probably be back to get another pair here.
Neil –
I have been swinging Indian Clubs for a while and decided to add a club from BMF to my collection,
My preference is for light clubs and i am not disappointed as the club is beautifully turned and finished in sapele and is very well balanced making it an absolute joy to hold and swing.
In my view this club is exceptional value for money.
It is now my intention to buy from BMF a teardrop in sapele.

Thanks Neil. Sapele teardrops should be back in stock by 16 July 🙂
