When will I get my order?
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday via courier. You will receive an order confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order has gone out the door.

Delivery times vary but UK orders tend to arrive within 2-5 days from the date of ordering. Europe varies between 5-10 working days, the US tends to take 3-10 days, and the rest of the world varies between 14-21 days depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are determined by the volume and weight of your order as well as your location. Sending heavy items via reliable couriers can get costly when sent overseas, but I will always keep them as low as I possibly can.

For an accurate shipping estimate, simply add your chosen items to your basket and an automatic rate will be generated for you according to your location.

Tax & duty

Will I need to pay any fees when my purchase arrives?
Orders placed in the UK include VAT.

Orders placed outside of the UK do not include VAT. This means that you may need to pay customs or import duties when your package arrives. Often, this is not the case.

Orders below $800 (c. £650) are exempt from import tax or duty. If your order exceeds $800 and you need assistance, please contact us to avoid a possible import charge.

Goods sold to US customers do not require UK VAT charges. The prices listed on our website are automatically reduced by 20%, providing a cost savings on all products. We hope this helps offset the shipping charges.

Over the past few months, we have been working hard to enhance the buying experience for our customers in Europe. The unfortunate decision by the UK to initiate Brexit created numerous challenges in importing and exporting goods with the EU. However, we are delighted to announce that we have now partnered with a shipping broker who offers a significantly improved experience for our European friends.

Our transparent shipping system incorporates all taxes and duties into your shipping fees, resulting in faster delivery times, no customs delays, and no unexpected charges upon delivery.

Please note, that for purchases valued (total excluding postage) under €150, your checkout amount already includes VAT based on your home country’s rate. However, for purchases exceeding €150, additional Duty will also be added to your total at checkout. BMF cover some of this cost as we value your business.

NB. some deliveries may require your tax ID prior to receiving your consignment. This is your responsibility to provide this.



How will you package my order?
I try to package orders in one box wherever possible, but depending on the size and weight of products in your order, it isn’t always possible. For this reason some orders may arrive in more than one box.

Do you use eco-friendly packaging?
We package all orders in repurposed, recycled or biodegradable materials wherever possible. The paper packing tape I use is made by Prima in the UK and is fully biodegradable. Document envelopes (Tenzalopes) are also made from biodegradable paper. We use bespoke cardboard boxes and protect your clubs with recycled shredded cardboard packing material.

If your package arrives wrapped in bubble wrap, it has most likely been re-used from something that I have received in the post, or dropped in by friends and neighbours to be re-used by BMF 🙂

We strive to reduce our use of plastic and minimise the environmental impact of our parcels, so feel free to send any suggestions or ideas you may have for how we can do things even better.


Do you accept returns?

We pride ourselves on providing accurate images and product descriptions, however if you are unhappy with your purchase or believe it is not as described, please do get in touch and I will do my best to find a solution for the issue.

If you do wish to make a return, please contact me within 3 days of receipt to discuss your options. Please note, this is a small family business and processing returns is a lot harder for us compared to large organisations.

A full refund, minus postage & transaction fees or product replacement is an option, providing the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days. You will need to pay for all return shipping costs unless agreed otherwise.

The customer is liable for a restocking fee of 10%, which includes the payment gateway charge. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

In certain situations, a customer may be required to supply their tax iD to the courier in order to received goods into their country. This is the responsibility of the customer and failure to do so may result in the return of the goods to the sender. Further shipping costs would then be required to resend the package should this happen. We will do our utmost to help avoid this situation and work with you as much as we can.


Will I be charged if I cancel my order before you send it?
Orders cancelled prior to shipping incur a 3.5% payment charge. This is to cover the fee charged by Stripe (the payment processing platform we use) as I cannot be reclaim this once your payment has been made.
