When will I get my order?
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday via courier. You will receive an order confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order has gone out the door.

Delivery times vary but UK orders tend to arrive within 2-5 days from the date of ordering. Europe varies between 5-21 days, the US tends to take 3-14 days, and the rest of the world varies between 14-21 days depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order and location. Sending heavy items via reliable couriers can get costly when sent overseas, but I will always keep them as low as I possibly can.

For an accurate shipping estimate, simply add the items you’re thinking about getting to your basket and an automatic rate will be generated for you.

Tax & duties

Will I need to pay any fees when my purchase arrives?
UK CUSTOMERS: Orders placed in the UK include VAT so you won’t need to pay anything extra when your purchase arrives.

WORLD CUSTOMERS: Orders placed outside of the UK do not include VAT. This means that you will need to pay customs or import duties when your package arrives.

EU CUSTOMERS: Again, orders outside the UK do not include VAT. Due to the United Kingdom’s withdrawal from the EU, deliveries to the EU are now considered DAP (Delivered at Place). This means that you are liable for all import duties. We are now shipping most purchases via express service to avoid delays seen with the regular services. BMF have covered most of this cost. Things are still evolving and we are hoping the taxes can be more transparent and included during checkout again, once international agreements have been made.

How much will VAT and duties cost?
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination. Body Mind-Fit has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. These costs are your responsibility. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we advise you to contact your local customs office if you wish to understand your estimated import fees before you place your order. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, these are circumstances beyond my control.


How will you package my order?
I try to package orders in one box wherever possible, but depending on the size and weight of products in your order, it isn’t always possible. For this reason some orders may arrive in more than one box.

Do you use eco-friendly packaging?
We package all orders in repurposed, recycled or biodegradable materials wherever possible. The paper packing tape I use is made by Prima in the UK and is fully biodegradable. Document envelopes (Tenzalopes) are also made from biodegradable paper. We use bespoke cardboard boxes and protect your clubs with recycled shredded cardboard packing material.

If your package arrives wrapped in bubble wrap, it has most likely been re-used from something that I have received in the post, or dropped in by friends and neighbours to be re-used by BMF 🙂

We strive to reduce our use of plastic and minimise the environmental impact of our parcels, so feel free to send any suggestions or ideas you may have for how we can do things even better.


Do you accept returns?

We pride ourselves on providing accurate images and product descriptions, however if you are unhappy with your purchase or believe it is not as described, please do get in touch and I will do my best to find a solution for the issue.

If you do wish to make a return, please contact me within 3 days of receipt to discuss your options. Please note, this is a small family business and processing returns is a lot harder for us compared to large organisations.

A full refund, minus postage & transaction fees or product replacement is an option, providing the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days. You will need to pay for all return shipping costs unless agreed otherwise.

The customer is liable for a restocking fee of 10%, which includes the payment gateway charge. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.


Will I be charged if I cancel my order before you send it?
Orders cancelled prior to shipping incur a 3.5% payment charge. This is to cover the fee charged by Stripe (the payment processing platform we use) as I cannot be reclaim this once your payment has been made.
